◆ DEEPER STEWARDSHIP

THE KARRENTS
FELLOWSHIP.

Fellowship is not an honorary credential or an academic title. It is a working commitment to the health of the community: protecting endangered knowledge, mentoring newer practitioners, and ensuring the fire is passed forward into safe hands.

01 / MORAL OBLIGATION

THE SIX PILLARS OF FELLOWSHIP

What distinguishes a Fellow is not superiority of intellect, but depth of responsibility.

01

Continuous Learning

Fellows remain perpetual apprentices. Even after decades of master craftsmanship, a Fellow enters neighboring Circles with humility.

02

Active Mentorship

Committing dedicated hours to sit with seekers, critique work in progress, and provide unvarnished, compassionate guidance without fee.

03

Archival Contribution

Actively transcribing tacit practices, technical post-mortems, and oral lineages into open Karrents Field Guides so wisdom outlives careers.

04

Circle Stewardship

Holding space for difficult conversations, mediating conflicts of methodology, and ensuring that no single member dominates the air in a Circle.

05

Practical Demonstration

Refusing theoretical pretension. A Fellow demonstrates their craft with real materials, working code, healing clinics, or physical harvests.

06

Passing It Forward

Accepting the sacred duty to ensure that when your season concludes, your successor is better equipped than you were at the beginning.

STEWARDSHIP ACCORD

THE FELLOWSHIP COVENANT

A formal commitment of mutual responsibility and intergenerational care.

“I enter the Karrents Fellowship not to extract prestige or hoard advantage, but to stand as a steward of what has been discovered, survived, and refined. What I have learned, I will share. Where I am ignorant, I will ask. When my turn arrives, I will pass the torch forward without hesitation.”
